Cancellation-Return And Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Items ordered will arrive within 2-3 working days. We deliver to locations all over UAE. Delivery charges are AED 30 within city limits in all emirates. AED 30-50 will be charged for out of city areas. Should your area happen to be out of city limits, you will be notified by one of our staff members before your order is sent out.

If you experience any issues with the courier, kindly get in touch with the courier using the information provided in your tracking email, or get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Changes And Cancellations

All sales are final. Changes can be made only if the order has not shipped out. Once your item has entered the processing stage and gets shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order. 

The courier will contact you before attempting to deliver. If you are unreachable, the delivery will be attempted again the next working day. The courier will attempt to deliver a maximum of 2times, after which your order will be charged AED 20 for reactivation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics items.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us. We may ask for evidence of damage in order to assess the situation and we will handle the issue accordingly.

To view your orders, simply log in to your account where you will find your order history.
